With over a decade of diverse legal experience, I serves as a Senior Advocate at Bright Legal & Co., specializing in various areas of law, including international dispute resolution, immigration, and family law.

Education and Affiliations

I hold a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Dispute Resolution & Arbitration Law from BPP University London (2018-2019) and a Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL) from the same institution (2016-2017). Prior to this, I earned a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of Sindh (2007-2010) and a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) from the same university (2002-2004). I completed my GCE O and A Levels at B.I.S.E, Hyderabad (2000-2002).

I am a proud member of the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn and am registered with the Sindh Bar Council and the High Court Bar Council of Sindh, Pakistan. Additionally, I am a British Council Certified Student Consultant and have achieved a GAT (General Assessment Test) score of 83.5%.

Legal Work Experience

I began my legal career in 2006 at Ayaz Hussain Tunio Law Firm, where I filed and represented over 150 cases in both High and Lower Courts. I provided expert advice on criminal and family law issues, researched clients’ needs, and developed effective legal strategies. My experience includes assisting in prosecution and defense in serious criminal cases, as well as resolving complex family law matters. I also drafted essential legal documents, including witness statements and bail applications, while maintaining strong relationships with clients.

From 2016 to 2019, I worked as an Immigration Lawyer in London, handling various applications, administrative reviews, and appeals in both Lower and Upper Immigration Tribunals.

Since 2019, I have also been practicing independently as an Advocate in the High Court, dealing with a wide range of cases and providing legal assistance to various departments. I have also taken on arbitration cases, focusing on resolving issues outside of court, and I am the legal representative for OGDCL.
