I am a dedicated Barrister and Foreign Registered Lawyer in UK and an advocate of high Court in Pakistan.
My academic journey of primary and secondary (O level A Levels) education is completed from St. Michael Convent School in Karachi Sindh Pakistan, followed by the pursuit of higher education in law abroad. In 2016, I earned a Diploma in Common Law from the University of London, followed by an LLB from the University of Hertfordshire United Kingdom (2017-2020) and LLM in Legal Practice (Barrister route) from the BPP University of London (2020-2021). I further enhanced my qualifications given the exams of SQE (Solicitor Qualification Exams) studied online from Barbri institution of USA in same following year. Furthermore I did LLM with Placement from Brunel University of London (2022-2023).
My professional experience commenced in 2020 at Max Solicitors situated office is at West Hounslow London, where I worked as an assistant focusing on immigration and family law issues. My expertise encompasses a wide range of immigration matters, including visit visas, EU applications, skilled worker visas, innovator visas, asylum applications, spouse visas, and student visas. I have deal around 40 plus cases and have appeared before the upper and lower immigration tribunal’s courts.
